No Nonsense Muscle Building program is made for a particular kind of people. Guys who have a very hard time gaining weight and are very skinny no matter what they eat. I’m the same pretty much as long as I remember. Well I’m not skinny anymore because I go to gym regularly but I still have the same metabolism. Anyways, here the short truth about No Nonsense Muscle Building:
If you are a skinny guy who wants to gain some muscle mass then I definitely recommend No Nonsense Muscle Building program for you. But if you are looking for some weight loss + muscle gain training program then I must say that No Nonsense Muscle Building is not the best option for you.
This is the simple truth and even though some people say that No Nonsense Muscle Building training program will help everyone I’d say this is not exactly true. Only go for No Nonsense Muscle Building if you want to gain massive body mass, while you have been skinny or average your whole life.

You get a 200+ pages ebook that will go over all the aspect of working out and will show you the exact way you should plan your workouts and diet. The 200 pages long ebooks are quite normal in the fitness niche, but where No Nonsense Muscle Building stands out is the additional video and bonuses.

You get a 60 minute video where Vince DelMonte (No Nonsense Muscle Building author) explains every detail that he beliefs is important for successfully muscle gain. I personally like videos since you only watch it and it’s also a lot easier to understand how to do certain exercises.
Additionally you get many bonuses that, to be honest I haven’t really checked yet, but from the original No Nonsense Muscle Building and titles of the bonuses I assume they have high quality information that compliments your body muscle gain.
Is No Nonsense Muscle Building A Scam?
I know there are a lot of people that say No Nonsense Muscle Building is a complete scam. But I cannot accept this conclusion. I have read and tried many training programs (just likeNo Nonsense Muscle Building), some from ebooks, some from trainers… and I can say with assurance that No Nonsense Muscle Building is not a scam. You get relevant advice that is based on real life experience and can be scientifically proven, hell I’m a proof that with hard work you are going to succeed.
